Comfort Chauffeurs was founded in 2008 by a former hotel concierge who could never find a chauffeur service that matched the standards his guests expected. He bought a single Mercedes, hired one driver, and made one promise: arrive ten minutes early, every time.
Eighteen years later, that promise still defines us. We operate a fleet of 24 vehicles, employ 31 full-time chauffeurs, and complete over 14,000 trips a year. We are still family-owned, still based in Battersea, and still obsessed with the small details that turn a journey into an experience.
We are TfL Private Hire-licensed, fully insured for hire-and-reward, and every driver is DBS-checked and trained in advanced and defensive driving.
